Northstar Clinical Therapy is the only clinic of its kind in the world. We work with individuals as they face the challenges of life — whether they’re dealing with relationship struggles, sexual or gender identity exploration, anxiety, depression or another issue.

What We Do

We use a process called Comprehensive Dynamic Psychotherapy (CDP) to work with our clients on their mental health and wellness. It’s a mix of cognitive behavior therapy, psychodynamic therapy and solution-focused strategies that helps our clients overcome their difficulties and increase their sense of mastery over their lives.

Who We Are

North Star Clinical Therapy is a comprehensive mental health counseling and therapy practice serving children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families.

We provide client-centered, trauma focused and informed therapeutic services, aimed at addressing the needs and concerns of the whole person.  Therapeutic strategies including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, Structural Family Therapy, emotion management skill building, stress reduction, addiction recovery, and life coaching are just a few of the treatment modalities and areas of focus our clinical team can provide specialized service.

As the North Star is positioned in our Northern Hemisphere, it is the brightest star in our constellation, visible to the naked eye at night and created to be a point of orientation and a compass to find one’s way.,
